Interpreters

We have an interpreter service available for all patients.

Interpreter - TIS

Your understanding of your health is very important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive the best possible care. Therefore, we highly recommend the use of a trained interpreter if you, a family member, or a friend require assistance with communication during your consultation. Using a professional interpreter not only protects your privacy but also reduces the risk of misinterpretation, as complex medical terminology may be lost in translation without a qualified individual.

The Translator and Interpreting Service (TIS) provides patients with free, professional translation services over the phone. When booking an appointment, please let our receptionists know if you require an interpreter and what language you will require. TIS provides interpreting in all languages. For more information, please visit the TIS website.
