Medical Certificates

It is important to understand that it is illegal for our doctors to provide backdated medical certificates. If you find yourself in need of a medical certificate, you must ask your doctor to provide one during the time of your consultation. Please be aware that medical certificates will only be issued for legitimate and valid medical reasons and are completed at the discretion of the doctor.

If you happen to forget to request a medical certificate during your consultation, we encourage you to speak to one of our friendly receptionists, who will do their best to assist you in this matter. However, it is essential to note that it is not the responsibility of our receptionists to organise medical certificates for patients; only a licensed doctor is authorised to write you a certificate.
